Property Axis is Sarawak's first property portal for buying, selling & renting housing and commercial listings for real estate developers, real estate agents and members of the public.
On which platforms is Property Axis available for use?

Web - https://propertyaxis.com.my (for public) https://app.propertyaxis.com.my (for property agents and developers to register and upload their listings).

The mobile app can be downloaded via App Store and Play Store Property Axis (for public) & Property Axis Prime (for property agents and developers to register and upload their listings).
How can I report a fraudulent listing?

How do I create an account on Property Axis?

Click on the Sign In button and proceed to choose either Google, Facebook or Apple account.
How do I reset my password?

There is no need to reset your password as you are using your own Google, Facebook or Apple account. However, if you get a third party to register your account for you, then you should change the password and keep our team updated so that if there are any major changes, we can assist your team to make changes.
Can the price of the properties be negotiable?

Property Agents and Developers price list provided will be fixed unless there is room for negotiation. It will also be competitive as different sellers have a slight difference in the pricing of their property. Therefore, users will be able to look for their desired property based on your ability and budget requirements.
What are the benefits of joining Property Axis?

Everything is digitised on Property Axis in order to be able to search for your desired property regardless of categories, pricing and location. Payment for booking can be done via e-wallet platform hence, it will be more convenient for users to view and pay for their desired property.
How do I search for homes?

On the home page, users may click on the Search button to view homes. Users are able to search for their desired property based on their personal requirements e.g. search for the property categories based on their preferred location and budget.

How do I register on Property Axis?

Property agents can register at https://app.propertyaxis.com.my/register and include all details including their REN (Real Estate Negotiator) number to get started.

Developers can register at https://app.propertyaxis.com.my/register and include all details by providing their company registration number and contact persons contact details.
What are the benefits of joining Property Axis?

Within one working day.
How long is the process to upload the listing?

Subject to approval, listings will be uploaded within one working day.
Is there a subscription charge?

For our current Property Axis launch promotion, we are providing free registration and free listings. Users are advised to register before the closing date of this promotion, 31st March 2023.

The rate cards will be shared at the next stage before we start implementing charges on our services.

Does Property Axis cover properties throughout Malaysia?

The location coverage would be the whole of Sarawak.
How can I use Property Axis to market my listings to target prospects?
You can place ads with free credits provided or top up the amount for ads placement to get featured.
Types of ads as follows:
- Direct Mail Advertising
- Mobile Advertising
- Payment for booking can be done via the e-wallet platform
- Social Media Advertising
- Paid Search Advertising
To upload, the ads size will be:
- Image size should be less than 2MB
- Image size has to have the aspect ratio of 3:2
- image size must be 600 x 400 px
Agents may also upload their own video through the link space provided in Prime Axis Portal.
How do I pay for advertising on Property Axis?
As for now, users can advertise on Property Axis using free ads credits in the following way:
Using free credits
- Upon registration, there will be a registration code sent to your email.
- Once the code is activated, you can upload images and listings.
- Free Ad Credits will be given to users to boost postings.
Purchasing additional ad credits
- You may purchase additional ad credits to boost your current listings
- There is an annual subscription fee after the first year for all members
Refer a friend
Users may also refer their friends and colleagues to earn additional free ad credits.
Step 1: Fill in the recruiters email address to sign up.
Step 2: An email will be sent to the recruiter together with the referral code.
Step 3: The recruiter will enjoy free ad credits to boost their postings.
Will my company’s profile be featured on the Property Axis mobile app and web portal?

Yes, your company’s profile will be featured as Property of the Month on the home page.
How else can I get featured on Property of the Month?

You may pay to be featured using additional ad credits.
What should I expect during the selling process?

Buyers will be looking for their desired property where they are able to contact the developer or agents via Whatsapp. Once buyers are satisfied, they will be able to make their booking payment via the e-wallet platform, SPay global platform.
How will you keep me up to date on the progress of the sale?

You can get updated using real time data analytics on Property Axis.
